Recurring monitoring currently supports official reporting areas in Toronto, Chicago and New York City for burglary / break and enter and vehicle theft where the source provides the category. The free national atlas has broader annual coverage; a location appearing in the atlas does not mean it has daily or neighbourhood-level monitoring.

Official feeds are scheduled for daily checks. Agencies publish and revise records on different schedules, so a successful check may produce no new records. Reports show the collection and latest source dates. Separate warnings identify a delayed check and records older than our source-specific review thresholds. A fresh check does not reset the latest included incident date. This is not a real-time incident alert service.

Counts compare the same calendar months with the prior year and the matching citywide series. Source definitions, reporting practices and boundaries affect comparability. Low counts and missing baselines are identified. These are published area counts, not a probability that a particular property will be targeted, an insurance rating or evidence that a device prevents crime.

Pilot is a one-time CAD $199 purchase for 30 days. Starter, Growth and Scale renew automatically every calendar month at their displayed prices, plus applicable taxes. Manage or cancel future renewals through your Shopify subscription account. Access follows the verified paid service period. A cancelled or refunded order can suspend the associated service for review. Contact MkaeSense for billing or refund assistance; the store policies shown at checkout apply.

Use the same MkaeSense account when returning to your workspace. Shopify separately manages checkout and billing. Private reports are restricted to the account linked to the workspace. Company incident records are used for your private monitoring, kept separate from police data and excluded from the public licensing API. Cross-client benchmarking and resale of client records are not enabled; importing a file does not authorize either use. Avoid names, victim details, narratives and exact addresses in uploaded incident records.

We record key workspace actions, such as setup, checkout preparation and report use, to measure service delivery. Ask MkaeSense about account access, corrections, exports or deletion.

Your workspace remains saved if checkout is unavailable. Access activates only after a verified Shopify payment. If you paid and access does not appear after refreshing, contact support with your Shopify order number. Reports retain their source dates when a refresh fails. No reduction in crime, savings or business revenue is guaranteed.
